ImageJack Cunningham, Chief Executive, A1 Team Malaysia, says of the Malaysia Formula 1 announcement:

“Whilst this is excellent and very exciting news for motorsport in Malaysia, as clearly there is an increasing recognition of the value of global motorsport for international brands and corporations, at this stage we do not know the impact that this announcement will have on A1 Team Malaysia."

“As a result we will be studying the announcements closely, assessing the implications for our future and evaluating our options over the course of the coming days."
