The personal data provided by the user will be processed by the F1SA data controller and by other subjects specially appointed by F1SA in compliance with the provisions of Data Protection Act, for the following purposes:
(1) to allow the user registration and his/her authorized access to the reserved area of the F1SA website, to supply the respective services as provided in the relevant terms and conditions, to allow the performance of the contract between F1SA and the user and all the related activities and obligations, included the personalised information service, and for statistical investigations in anonymous format. Only for the above mentioned purposes, your personal data may be communicated by F1SA to companies having a contractual relationship with F1SA, and in this case, these subjects will process data only for the above mentioned purposes. Data will be brought to data processors and persons designated by F1SA and by the aforesaid companies.
Data provided by the user during the registration process may be checked with other data in F1SA's lawful possession as provided by the user in other circumstances. To activate specific services functions, and for the whole duration of these services, the site will use cookies (file sent from the site's server to the user's browser). The user will be free to choose and to be informed of the use of cookies or to limit or to block the use of cookies by modifying the relevant security options on his/her browser. In such an event, some of the website features may not work properly and some of the services may result not available. The personal data will not be disseminated.
(2) to allow F1SA to fulfil market searches and customer satisfaction surveys. Only to these purposes your personal data may be communicated by F1SA to companies having a contractual relationship with F1SA (such as market research and data processing companies) and in this case these subjects will process data only for the above mentioned purposes, data will be brought to data processors and persons in charge of the processing knowledge designated by F1SA and by said companies. The personal data will not be disseminated.
Providing your data for the purposes of point (1) is voluntary, i.e. it's not required by the law, but it's necessary to complete the registration process, to conclude and to perform the related contract. In default of providing the data indicated as "compulsory" in the registration form the consequence will be that you won't be allowed to complete the registration process and to conclude the related contract.
Providing your data for the purposes of point (2) is voluntary and not required by law, in default of providing the data for these purposes the only consequence will be the impossibility to be contacted by F1SA to fulfil market searches and customer satisfaction surveys.
As the data subject, you have rights expressed in the Data Protection Act. Regarding the exercise of these rights, including the knowledge of the data processors designated by F1SA, you may contact F1SA by mail.
