MotoGP results of the first practice session at the circuit in Silverstone - The Australian Repsol Honda rider Casey Stoner continued where he left off in Catalunya last week to lead the field in the first practice session of the AirAsia British Grand Prix, he was followed by the Italian San Carlo Honda Gresini rider Marco Simoncelli and the Spanish reigning world champion Jorge Lorenzo on the Yamaha Factory Racing M1 in third.
